3 hours after the wedding ceremony (during the reception party) I started loosing buttons on the back of my dress. In total around 30 buttons fell off in the matter of hours. Additionally, as pointed out by my mum, the lace on the one side of the dress was longer than the opposite side. When I was querieing during last fitting the fact that the dress seems uneven, I was told that it must be the way the dress appears when I’m walking. Poor quality and poor customer service.
