  Purchased a Car on Saturday, spoke to Charlie, £15000 on Finance, in the afternoon I got told everything went ok so I asked if he could email me the car info and dealer details etc, never received, tried calling on Sunday but no luck, called today and left message with and explained whats going on? I got told the sales person who sold the car to me will call me back within 15minutes, 4 house later still waiting, called but they were too busy, then I get told they will take my message again, I said No forget it, I can't trust you after spending £15000 on a car, there is not even a courtesy call or call back, your dealer will get the full amount but once you sell the car to me you customer service will be really bad and wash your hands so I said just cancel the sale as you are not bothered, person was also rude and showed no care, So i am really Glad I am not going ahead and you never know the dealership probably is a Crooked.

  When I went to Citroen a lovely man called Adam Clayton helped me with sorting out my very first car! He was exteremely helpfull and couldn’t recommend him or the company enough! I’m so delighted with my car and service and will 100% recomend it to anybody!
